Return Policy

Detailing Chemicals

Any detailing chemicals purchased must be returned in person to qualify for a refund. The packaging must be sealed, and in un-used condition. Full refund will be applied for qualifying products.

Tools and Packaged Items

All tools and packaged items qualify under our standard return policy. The must be returned in original packaging, in an un-opened unused condition within 14 days of purchase or receipt of delivery.

 

***We will accept any tools shown to be defective or to express manufacturing issues within the same 14 day period and will provide an exchange for a new item, in this case, original packaging and unused condition are not necessary. For online orders, please contact us via phone or email to initiate such a return***

Shipping Cost for Online Orders Only

Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the product to initiate a return. Once the return has been initiated and approved, we will issue a shipping label and cover the cost of the return shipping of the product.

 

***Any item that was delivered via our "Local Delivery" option must be returned in person in store.***

Gift Cards

Returns will be accepted of any gift card purchases until any portion of the gift card has been redeemed for services or items. Unused portions of gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash value.

Services

Full refunds will be provided for any service purchased up to 48 hours before the service appointment date. Beyond that time period, your service balance will remain and can be rescheduled for any future date.
